If you mean the tags at the bottom of the posts to remove that
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    display: none !important;
}

Yes that is possible.

You seem to have used Custom type in the Testimonial Section in the customizer so enable the on Homepage.

For the testimonial you want to setup on your English page.
Go to => Dashboard => Testimonials => Add your testimonial posts here.

Then,
Edit your page English where you want another testimonial slider => Add Block => Widgets => Shortcode => Add the text
[testimonials]

Currently you seem to have selected your Homepage Settings in the customizer as Your latest posts which will displayed all the posts in your homepage.

If you select Homepage Settings as A static page you will need to select a page as your Homepage.

Let me know if you are still confused about the Frontpage settings.
