The theme was first released back in 2017 and has been updated regularly the last being on 28th May, 2020. You will need to create a child theme if you want to add some custom features to the theme. You can use our plugin Generate Child Theme to easily create child themes.

I am afraid it won’t be possible to bring the ticker below the Header Image as the you have create the ticker in the page editor and you cannot have above the page title.

You seem to have disabled right click on your site. Can you enable it so that I can quickly provide you the necessary CSS Code to make the black background more transparent?

To change the position of News Ticker you can use the Section Sorter feature.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Section Sorter => Drag and reorder the sections according to your choice and Publish.

Also for the third question I will need you to enable right click so that I can look into the issue and provide you a solution,

I suggest you not to edit core theme files directly as the edits you make will be lost when you update the theme to newer versions. Please create a child theme first if you have to edit core theme files.

The code maybe showing up because is not inside opening and closing php tags. Can you let me know what you are trying to achieve by adding the shortcode so that I can help you out?

It is not possible to have a logo image on top of the slider image with the available theme option. However it is possible to have a logo on top of the Header Image. If you really need to have an logo on top of slider images I suggest you to hire a customer to get it done.
