```

The Footer Menu option is only available in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in the theme.

The Header Image should not be visible after setting it to Disabled and there shouldn’t be a need to add additional CSS. Please post in your site URL so that I can look into the issue.

Can you please use the Quote Block in the Blocks section and no CSS will need to be added.

Edit a page => Add New Block => Text => Quote => Insert your text and Update the Page.

That is the way the portfolio using shortcode appears and it cannot be changed. You can use the Portfolio Section from the customizer instead.
