@onkelniete2:To make changes in header section code you will need to create a child theme and need to do a bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization or not otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Header Image=>Featured Header Image Alt/Title Tag=> put some text over there

@bentno: Hello bentno, Please add the following css code to change the font-size of the site-description
Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Additional CSS=> add the following css code

.site-description {
    font-size: 30px !important;
   }

-To change the color of senden-button
Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Additional CSS=> add the following css code

.wpcf7-form-control.wpcf7-submit {
    background-color: #B22222;
}

you can change the font-size and color code as per your requirement. Let me know if this helps you out!
