@abisbee:It is a bit difficult to change in theme, you need to customize it. Instead of that I suggest you to use the Catch Web Tools, Social Icon feature where you can change the social icon color as per your need. let me know if you find any difficult while using the plugin.

@miridesign: Can you please enable the header video so that I can look what exactly wrong going in your site.Please follow this steps:
Go to=>Appearance=> Customize=> Header Media=> Header Video=> Select the Video=> Save /Publish it.
Note: If you are uploading the video from media library then it should be less than 8mb

@mkgeorge10: I just checked your site, it seems to be in one column it’s because you have enable the sidebar option. If you want it to be three column like as demo then you have to make the layout full content with no sidebar. If you want to hide box after hide hiding the author, categories content then let me know,in which post you want to hide I will provide you with additional css code.

1: If you want to display the different feature image on top of every page
step 1: Go to=> Appearance=> Header Media=> Select entire site page/post, Featured Image
step 2: Go to=>Dashboard=> Page=> Edit Page=> select the feature image in right side of metabox.
step3: Save/Publish it

2: If you want to display the sidebar only on front page. Please follow this steps:
step 1: Go to=> Appearance=> Theme Options=> layout Options=> Default layout=> Select No Sidebar
step2: Layout Options=> Homepage/Archive Layout=> Select Right Sidebar
step3: Save/Publish it
