    @kdhutto1: Sorry I am not aware of that plugin. So, you might want to hire a customizer or work with plugin developer to add it. IF there is anything we can do to make it compatible then we can add that code. But you need to take support from plugin author.

    We have file comments.php and it is also alter through file catchbox-functions.php where you will see the function catchbox_comment_form_fields() to alter the comment form fields.

    @playX: Either you need to reduce it through “Appearance => Theme Options => Excerpt / More Tag Settings”, reduce the Excerpt length. Or there is option in your post called excerpt box under your post editor. Just type the text that you want to display on that excerpt box.

    @burak: this theme is not woocommerce compatible. If you are using Simple Catch Pro theme then we can send you complimentary child theme for Simple Catch Pro which will be woocommerce compatible. Also we are in the process of making first all our premium theme woocommerce compatible then only we will think about Free Version. So, for now you need to hire a developer at http://jobs.wordpress.net/ or http://bit.ly/YANvfZ

    You can try in the following css in “Custom CSS” box in theme options panel. But for full compatibility, you need to use Simple Catch Pro Theme.
    .woocommerce. #container { margin: 0 auto; width: 978px; }

    @CFarone: Looks like you have added my css in your style.css. You have to add that css in “Custom CSS” box in Theme Options panel which will remove the padding.
    @media screen and (max-width: 1060px) { #hgroup-wrap { padding-bottom: 0; } }

    If you add this in style.css, it will not work as responsive.css will overwrite it. Either you need to edit your responsive.css or you have to add the above css in “Custom CSS” box in Theme Options panel.

    @Aneesh: Please use your own support thread. The IE8 issues will be fixed in new version. But we recommend only IE9 and above. So, you have to wait for new version 0.1.4 to be release as we have already submitted in WordPress.org

    @Robo: That shouldn’t be a problem as the Catch Box Free Version and Catch Box Pro version uses the same code base. Just has lot of feature added. So, that shouldn’t be a problem.

    If you are using Custom Menu from “Appearance => Menu” and Custom Background from “Appearance => Background”. Then yes, for these you need to reassign it. This is default WordPress functions and if you change to any theme you need to reassign it.

    For menu, just go to Appearance => Menu and then select your menu in the header and all other section as per you need.

    For Background, you can get the same image or background color from Appearance => Background and then select color or chose image from your media library.

    I hope this will be fine. If you have any problem then let me know then I will contact you and do that for you.

    @Leozaw: You can see the list of additional feature added in here http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest-pro/

    Many codes are site specific and theme specific so it will not work on all the sites and themes. You should only check the Catch Everest theme css code.

    Let me know your question and I will try to find the answer for you.

    @allysimmonz: the way you have added in the site is not the correct method for responsive design. You have added the image in the background, which will be problem when you view your site form mobile devices. If you have larger header image then why don’t you upload that from “Appearance => Header”.

    @kdhutto1: This issue happens only when you set static page as the homepage. That is why it is showing in the homepage and the Blog page.

    For now just add the following CSS in “Custom CSS” box in Theme Options panel to hide the slider in the Blog
    .blog #slider { display: none; }

    We have found the issue and we are in schedule to release the patch version 2.2 by the end of this week which will fix it. So, no need to change the code. Just use the above css to hide it and remove that css after updating to Version 2.2

    @TanjaCrouch: I just check in your site and the slider is working fine. But I know what are you trying to say.

    When I check in the the site, your site has a huge image in Featured Homepage Content. For example http://www.tanjacrouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Tanja-NF-AW-810.jpg and http://www.tanjacrouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/DC-18-16.jpg

    The concept of the slider in Catch Everest is that, it only loads the sliding script only after all the content has been loaded in the site. So, if you wait for all the images and content to load then you will see the slider working fine.

    So, to avoid loading issue, just decrease the size of the images.
