Ok, I will do that next time the issue occurs on my mobile. At the moment it appears to be ok (it’s been always like that – sometimes it works, sometime it doesn’t). I will let you know. Thank you.
Hello again. The problem with the menu on my mobile phone arose again. Someone told me they had suddenly trouble with accessing it. I checked it on my phone yesterday and today and indeed I could not access the menu as well. The menu box just turned white and did nothing. I immediately checked the DEMO you provided and my friend’s site that uses the same theme and I had no trouble with accessing the menu there. SO IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A PROBLEM WITH ANY PLUGINS INSTALLED on my mobile as you suggested before. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
It it really important to me to make this menu dependable ASAP as over 100 people use my site and listen to audio online classes daily. Please let me know. Thank you.
I know that the other site is working fine. That is why I suppose the problem is not with my mobile or plugins that are installed on my phone. Why would I be able to open my friend’s site menu from my phone and not my own site menu if we have the same theme installed? The only 3 reasons I can think of are:
a) that there is some setting on my theme that I have set up differently that she does (I have no idea what could that be) or
b) that maybe I have another plugin installed on my site that interferes with the Catch theme,
c) or there is a bug in the Theme itself that causes it to happen.
I will check the Demo you provided when/if the problem arises again. I will let you know. Today I was able to open the menu ok both on my site and on the demo.
Ok. It worked now. Thank you. 🙂
I have several applications installed but I don’t know if I have any plugins and I don’t know how to check it. But in any case, the problem should NOT be the plugins on my phone because as I told you: each time I cannot open the menu on my site I can ALWAYS open the menu on my friend’s site which has EXACTELY THE SAME THEME AS I HAVE. Please let me know.
P.S. I am just starting to work on it so it’s not much there.
One of them told me today that everything works now on her computer now. I have no idea what caused the problem and what solved it but I am happy it’s solved. Thanks.
I just tried to hide it like you described but unfortunately it didn’t work. Any ideas?

Oh, ok. Now I see it. Thank you for your help.
I will probably not do though because I don’t want to display “All rights reserved” sentenceJanuary 11, 2017 at 5:25 pm in reply to: How to put on social media links directing to my fb, etc? #106910
I don’t see where the “Additional CSS” box is. I only see: “style.css , editor-style-rtl.css, editor-style.css and rtl.css” I also don’t know where to find
So I cannot do any of the 2 things you recommended.January 11, 2017 at 4:50 pm in reply to: How to put on social media links directing to my fb, etc? #106906
Thanks. But where exactly do I find that code?
I think I put it in a long time ago in order not to have “all rights reserved” sentence on the bottom of the page. I guess once I remove it the “All rights reserved” sentence will come back on, won’t it? Is there a way to turn on the social media icons without turning on “all rights reserved” sentence back on?January 11, 2017 at 4:10 pm in reply to: How to put on social media links directing to my fb, etc? #106902January 11, 2017 at 3:57 pm in reply to: How to put on social media links directing to my fb, etc? #106897
I did post my fb url and my youtube channel url under my Appearance/Theme options/Social media but as I said nothing happened.
Thank you for very much!
Thank you for your information. I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. It is about: “Copyright © 2016 Name of the website. All rights reserved”. Is there really no possibility to change that little phrase in a different way (for example by changing something in CSS styles or somewhere else)?
I don’t know how to start a new topic, so I am going to try to ask here:
I have a free Catchbox WordPress Theme and I would like to remove the copyright text from the footer (line the says the I would like to have all the rights reserved to the name of my website). Could you please tell me how can I do that?
