Hi,
Did you use the WP guest login for my site that I sent you previously? It should let you see the site despite the coming soon mode…
I can re-send the credentials in our old email thread, if that helps!
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi!
I actually just switched to fabulous fluid pro–but if you are still able to help I can email you a guest login for my site (it is not live yet)
I think I’ve actually already sent you the guest login for my site (philadelphiacontemporary.org) in an old email for a previous question. Let me know if I should resend or re-create this question on the fabulous fluid pro support forum!
Thank you,
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi Pratik,
The site is not live, but I have a WP guest login that you can use– let me know your email and I can send you the username and password! The site URL is philadelphiacontemporary.org.
Thank you,
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi,
I just added a functions.php file to my child theme. What code do I need to put into it to remove the load more bar?
When I was attempting this before with the free version of Fabulous Fluid, I used this code provided to me in another forum :http://pastebin.com/WQyE0jss
but since I am now using Fabulous Fluid Pro, I think the code might be different (?)Let me know, and Thank you!
phillycontemporaryParticipantIf i want to use the code for a single page, do I need to specify the specific page in the CSS?
I am having difficultly implementing the CSS you provided and getting the slider to show on one page!
Thank you,
phillycontemporaryParticipantIf it is not possible to take away the Load More bar without a functions.php file in my child theme, let me know which lines of code need to change in the parent theme and I’ll be sure to make a note of it…
phillycontemporaryParticipantI would like to change both the active white color and the black overlay on hover–Is this possible?
Thank you!
phillycontemporaryParticipantAH- I just realized that the fixed menu is relative to the bottom of the WP menu bar and not the top of the browser window! Would I go in and edit the ‘margin-top’ portion of the CSS you provided to fix this?
Thank you!
August 25, 2016 at 11:24 pm in reply to: Change blue accent color of hyperlinks / hover colors, etc. #98091phillycontemporaryParticipantTo add onto my last post:
I’d also like to change the color of the footer navigational menu item text–Is there a CSS for this as well?
Thank you!
phillycontemporaryParticipantH! One more question about the featured slider–
Is it possible to change the hover color overlay of the slider thumbnails?
Thank you and let me know!
phillycontemporaryParticipantThank you! This worked!
When I view the site on a phone or tablet however, there is a bar of white space between the top of the page and the fixed menu. Is there any way to fix this and make the menu more responsive?
Thank you!
phillycontemporaryParticipantThank you! This worked perfectly!
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi Mahesh,
I put in the CSS for the individual page and nothing changed..
Is it possible to have two different sliders– One on the homepage, and one on a separate page–Both with different featured pages?
Thank you for all your help! I know I have a lot of questions…
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi! Jumping in here…
This CSS didn’t remove the Read More button for me. My span code is <span class=”more”>Read More…</span>, but I tired both ‘span.readmore’ and ‘span.more’
Any thoughts?
Thanks for all your help so far!
August 22, 2016 at 4:50 am in reply to: Removing the "Load More" bar on the Featured Content Grid #97756phillycontemporaryParticipantHi Mahesh,
Just emailed you! I think the issue on my end might be within my child theme..
Thank you!
August 17, 2016 at 3:31 am in reply to: Removing the "Load More" bar on the Featured Content Grid #97370phillycontemporaryParticipantHi Mahesh,
Thank you for your reply!
What line(s) of code changed from the original functions.php file in the php file you linked in your post? Unfortunately I was unable to fully resolve the issue. The ‘Load More’ bar disappeared, but I was only able to see the three featured pages above it. The two featured pages that usually appear when I click ‘Load More’ were not visible.
I would like to have my featured content grid load all five of my featured pages at once, so they are all visible at the same time on my homepage without the ‘Load More’
In other words, I’d like my featured content grid to look like it does after I click ‘Load More’, but without needing a ‘Load More’ button at all.
I made a guest WP login that allows guests to see my site without editing control, while my ‘Coming Soon’ mode is active. Would it help to send these credentials to you?
Thank you for you help!
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi Sakin,
I have a WP guest login you can use to see the site. Right now, I need to keep my ‘Coming Soon’ mode activated, but with this guest login I just created you will be able to see the site without any editing control.
Would that work for you? Whats the best way to give you the username and password for the guest account?
phillycontemporaryParticipantHi! I’m having the same issue. The site header covers part of the page titles and featured photos when fixed. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this!
phillycontemporaryParticipantThank you! This worked perfectly!!
