OK, I got it!
Go to “Appearance => Customize => Widgets”, then you can find list of widget area. Click on the any widget area and you will see “Add a Widget”
option by click on it you can find list of Widget which you can add to respected widget area.

I’ve found the flag “Enable Social Icons in Featured Slider” in Featured Slider, so I can turn off.
How can I position them in the footer?

To understand how to position some elements: for istance the buttons in the middle of the slider, the social icons at the bottom etc.
