@abisbee: Go to Dashboard=> Pages and edit the particular page you want to have full width layout. Then in Catch Adaptive Pro Options select No Sidebar (Full Width) Layout in Layout option and click update.

MaheshMaheshParticipant@malni: For page ids, use Catch Id’s plugin. Catch IDs is a simple and light weight plugin to show the Post ID, Page ID, Media ID, Links ID, Category ID, Tag ID and User ID in the Admin Section Table.

For enabling menu on mobile devices, Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Menu Options and check Check to Enable Secondary & Footer Menu in Mobile Devices option.Regards,
