Participant@karbasetti: Thanks for the details. I’ll need to check your site by updating the theme, and as you say what if the data goes to default. So just to make sure that I can update your site and please take database backup of your site and let me know when its done. And I’ll be able to carry on.

Participant@centaine:
1. Is it possible to use the theme for 2 different websites?
Once you’ve purchased the theme, you can use in unlimited domains/websites that you’ve owned. Please do not use it for third party.2. The price is 49.99 dollar, is it only once or each year?
Once you’ve purchased the theme, it is for the life time. If you like to use the theme without any update, just turn off the update and you don’t have to pay anything. But if you do want updates you’ll have to pay it as you need update.
You may have a question like – What if I want to update after 2 years.
– Well then you’ll just have to pay for the year that you update the theme. You can have breaks in-between.Regards,

Participant@dara-w: Thank you for using Full Frame Pro. I would like to break down your problems for explanation.
1. Plugins Issue (Contact Form 7 & Clean and Simple Contact Form): I checked the theme installing both the mentioned plugins and everything is working fine. No such issue. May be the issue is due to the server (memory limit), try enabling debug mode on your site to check the issue. If it is memory issue, please contact the server to increase the memory limit.
2. Unable to connect to jetpack: Please contact Jetpack’s support.Regards,

Participant@rcbharp: Please try disabling all the plugins one by one and check if it fixes the issue. In your site, I found following script loading, which is causing the issue, may be it is from the plugin.
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://g00.co/BtFVPd"></script>Regards,

Participant@dolomie: If you want slider in your entire website, you can do it with customizer setting. Go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Featured Slider” and choose Entire Site in Enable Slider on.
And for the other problem, the image is not showing in the Nextget Slider because the src attribute in img tag in slider is empty. May be you haven’t selected images for the slider.Regards,
MaheshMahesh
Participant@finnjackson: Glad to know you’ve found the solution. Have a nice day!

Participant@heinjonker: 1. You can remove it with Custom CSS. Go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS” box and add the following CSS:
#header-content { margin: 0; padding: 0; }2. Yes, in Catch Box Pro, you can edit the Footer Text. For editing Footer content, go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Footer Editor Options” and edit the content in Footer Editor.

Participant@dolomie: Yes, now I can see the slider. As you’ve mentioned the middle portion of the page loads first as it will take some time to load the slider image and the script (Depends on the connection speed too). And as soon as it loads, the slider displays the first image (image of house), I think its working fine. I tried it couple of times and got the same result.

Participant@dolomie: Checked your site, but I didn’t see the slider image on your site. Please let me know further so that I can help you.

Participant@dougdavis: It can be controlled with Excerpt Length in Words. Go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Option=> Excerpt Length in Words” and adjust number of words you want to limit to.
Note: This limits words on blog list page too.Regards,
