When choosing content/primary sidebar layout, on certain pages there is still the secondary sidebar with a message on how to use the secondary sidebar, archives and a search box. I deleted the code from the secondarysidebar.php file however the space where it was still remains on the page.On certain pages it looks fine, on others it has a blank column in the middle of the page where the secondary sidebar is suppose to be.
