    Hi Mahesh,

I have read about creating child theme as you recommended above. However, I don’t know where to create the new theme. Is it in the filemanager in my cpanel? Or can I do it through the wp dashboard?

I also see you have an Adventurous Child theme for download. Should/can I use that by downloading it and uploading to my filemanager?

Hope you can help. Thanks a lot.

    Hi again Mahesh,

I have checked out your suggestion, which didn’t make a difference. But then again as far as I have been able to understand your sugestion it would only have worked if I had my blogposts on the frontpage, right?

    my url: charlottekrenk.com

I have looked more into the issue and have found that actually the posts will show if I choose by category from the categori-widget on the right side. That made me wonder that the problem might be that the blog page in itself is empty and the posts somehow are not connected to the blog page unless I tick off the ‘lock’ box in the post editor. Do you understand what I am saying? If so can that be a key to solving the problem?

    Thanks a lot.

    Regards,

    Charlotte

Can you put up test post again so I can see if I might learn where I made my mistake?

Did you understand my explaination with not ‘locking’ the posts? Hereby I refere to the checkboxes below publish in the top right corner.

    Thanks.

Thanks, Mahesh, then I’ll have a look at that. Hope it doesn’t require too much programming skills and experience 🙂

    Thanks a lot for now!

    Hi Mahesh,

I tried that but it’s not working. If you look at http://charlottekrenk.com/blog/ below the first blogpost at the bottom. One person has made a comment. There is a link to it. What I basically want is for the comment to show. I can’t find any options in the backend where I can control this. Can it be a theme specific issue maybe?

    Thanks

    Hi Mahesh,

    Thanks for quick response.

My blog is on a subpage as I use a static frontpage.

    http://charlottekrenk.com/

As I understand your answer I’ll need to use my blog as my frontpage? Can it really be that my posts will not be visible if the blog is a subpage?

    Thanks!

    Hi Mahesh,

Thanks for quick response. I might not have made it sufficiently clear what I meant. My blog is on a subpage as I use a static frontpage. As I understand your answer I’ll need to use my blog as my frontpage? Can it really be that my posts will not be visible if the blog is a subpage?

    Thanks!
