I have upgraded to WordPress 5.0. I have your latest theme downloaded as well (2.2.7). Have WooCommerce 3.5.2 version. I reviewed everything I could to make sure the theme was ready for Gutenberg and didn’t see anything one way or the other.
The site seems to be working, except for the WooCommerce section. The shop page the, the right widget is now down at the bottom.

Under customizing, theme options layout options, under WooCommerce Layout I have “right sidebar (content, primary sidebar). I know previous version you had issues with this working and had to be repaired with a new release.
Shopping cart is full screen (which I am ok with)

Same thing, right sidebar is at the bottom instead of the right side.
If you select something for the cart, then everything is ok (right sidebar is on the right side)
