Hi Sakin,

I’m having an issue figuring out how to work with the featured image from page to page. I have a black and white yoga featured header image that I have on the home page, but it currently shows up on the blog page as well. I would like the blog page image to be a different, but when I go to Pages>Blog>Featured image (in the lower right hand corner) and enter an image, it doesn’t show up (The image from the home page shows up instead).

When in the “Blog” page backend, I have “Featured Image” selected under “Single Page/Post Image Layout”. I have the “Header Feature Image Options” enabled.

@afeauto: Please check your settings at “Appearance => Customize => Header Image”. In “Enable Featured Header Image on” you need to select “Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image”.

Note: Sorry for the late reply as we are still in state of emergency due to massive earthquake in Nepal. Internet, electricity, water and sanitization are huge problem here.

Hi Sakin,

My apologies for a double inquiry. When I hadn’t received a response, I was not sure if you had seen the 1st inquiry, but I understand the current emergency. My thoughts are with you all.

I checked the settings under Appearance >> Customize, etc., and I played with all of the options including your suggestion above. I still cannot get the featured image to work under the blog page (all other pages work correctly).

If I do manage to get the featured image to work under the blog, it has to be the same as the home page or none at all.

Is there something else I’m missing? I have the featured image set up under the Blog page as follows:

Layout options >> Content, Primary sidebar
Select Sidebar >> Default Settings
Header Featured Image Options >> Enabled
Single Page/Post Layout >> Featured Image

This may be too much info, but I’m trying to be as thorough as possible to get this resolved.

I have the most recent version 2.3 and am experiencing the same issue, I can’t get a featured image on the blog page. website is http://srsilberfarb.com/

Is there a work around if you are not planning to release until a future update?

@Connie: The latest version of Catch Base Pro is version 2.4. See this http://catchthemes.com/themes/catch-base-pro/

Also this forum was talking about Header Featured Image. Can you update to latest version of Catch base pro and let me know your settings at “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options”. Also your site is not yet live for me to check in.
