Spent $60 to upgrade to Higher Education Pro, mostly just so I could make the hyperlinks a different colour from the regular text. It replaced my home page with their theme page and I couldn’t get my real home page to display. I went to Appearance/customise/home page settings, changed it to static page, changed to “Home” (after I rescued it from drafts and nearly had a full blown heart attack when I couldn’t find that for awhile). The Pro version is just determined that I should have that new theme page.
I eventually got my home page up again by switching back to my old theme (and changing a bunch more settings). But I have just wasted $60, had a complete panic attack, and am pretty unhappy with this Catch Themes provider.
I tried the FAQs, read through the thousands of unhelpful words of how to manage this site, sent a request for help, realised they wanted me to then really say I needed help before it went through. Now no reply.
