I just purchased the newest version of Clean Magazine Pro. I am having problems with updating to the latest version. I have read the directions, but I am concerned that using the ftp will overwrite all of my files, and I will have to start all over again.

When I try to upload the .zip the install fails.

When I try to download Catch Updater Plugin, NOTHING happens, the green circle just keeps going around. (so far at least 5-7 minutes).

The header is messed up, the video links are now on all pages. the top menu is missing. The news ticker is gone.

Hi @khawaja77: You don’t need Catch Updater now. You can just activate your license key and update your site. Please check the instructions at https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-do-i-upgrade-to-a-new-theme-version-if-i-have-modified-my-theme/.
