    I tried updating several times from 4.3.2 to 4.4 via the WP admin panel. Each time I get an “update successful” message but when I log out and then in again, I get the update message again. Something isn’t working, I don’t know if the problem lies with WP or the theme. I have the latest WP version installed, 6.0.

    @anna-apollonia : Can you please check if you have an active subscription or not?  If your subscription has expired you will need to renew your subscription to receive future updates.

    What I don’t understand is that the files I downloaded for the installations were already called photo-journal-pro.4.4 … both times, in November 2020 and January 2022, both with the same license key (is that normal?)

    But when I installed it, it was the .3 versions, the last one being the  4.3.2
