For some reason my site with the Globetrotter theme has broken; all the content is there, but nothing appears as it should. What could have caused this? Should I revert to an earlier version of WordPress? Thank you. By the way, my site is Christmasblessingproject.com

Hey guys,

I just decided to revert to an earlier version of the site (a backup from April). I needed the site running right away so that was my best choice. Still, please let me know what I should check if this happens again. Perhaps other users could have the same issue and will be looking for the solution. Thanks so much for your assistance!

@jj-weller777 : I just checked your site and see that you have done a lot of customization in the earlier version. Did you make all the custom codes inside the theme folder ‘globetrotter’?

My friend made those changes, and he codes professionally. However, it worked without a problem for a whole year. I just fixed the broken theme yesterday, and it has already broken again, and we just sent out our newsletter with the link on it. What can I do to rectify this?
