For some reason the icons in my theme aren’t showing – Social icons and other icons throughout the website. I am running Jomsom Pro Version: 1.5.1. I updated this after I found the problem with the social media icons but the update didn’t resolve the issue.

I found Font Awesome files in a number of places on the server
http://doddscarpet.com/wp-content/themes/jomsom-pro/css/fonts/
http://doddscarpet.com/font-awesome

Is this the font for the social media icons? If not, what font should I be looking for and where should they be located?

@bbbltd : After analyzing your site I found that some of the theme files are missing on your site. Please download a fresh copy of the theme and install the theme as you can see on the demo its working correctly. Let me know if you need further assistance.

I downloaded and reinstalled the pro from my account and it still doesn’t show. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

@bbbltd :Please try disabling all plugins and follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes. Still some of the theme files are missing on you site although you have installed a fresh copy. Let me know if you need further assistance.

Just to follow up and close this issue, the problem was found and it was my fault. The .htaccess file didn’t include those file extensions, which caused my issue. Thank you for your patience. *how embarrassing*
