Today I renewed our subscription to Catch Everest Pro, but I still get an error message when I try to update from 4.0.2 installed to Update to 4.1.

Here is the error message I receive:
The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Theme Catch Everest Pro (1/1)

An error occurred while updating Catch Everest Pro: Update package not available.
Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

If my subscription expires prior to me doing an update and then I renew the subscription, is there something different that I need to do to update the version? I’m not really good at this website stuff. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

@ddcatm: If you have already renew your subscription then you follow this procedure
step 1: you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page.
step 2:Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/
