My website uses Rock Star Pro, https://www.arianekirtley.com. We are using a plugin called Essential Grid by CodeCanyon. It is not working correctly. Try it on this page: https://www.arianekirtley.com/about-ariane/mothering-globally/

I tried testing to see if another plugin might be the problem: I disabled all the other plugins except the Essential Grid and switched to the default WP them Twenty Fifteen. The EG worked with all the plugs as I reactivated them. But when I switched back to Rock Star Pro, the Essential Grid stopped working again.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

Hello @arianekirtley i look into your page on my side I didn’t see anything strange. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nfcq90sqk0qffbq/Screenshot%202018-02-10%2008.16.47.png?dl=0

Can you be more specific on the problem? What is not working correctly?

Hi, thanks for looking into it! For me the spinner keeps spinning and the images do not appear. Here’s a screenshot:

I especially have this problem in Chrome. Just now it loaded correctly in Safari and Firefox, but previously it did not load there either…so I don’t know why now it is working. My colleague also had the problem so it isn’t just me….

Hello arianekirtley, well that’s all a bit strange i use chrome and I have no problem to open it. I also see the spinner but for just milliseconds after that i see fast all content. I think sometime can be a problem with slow hosting or poor connection. Please wait an expert answer here, im just a simple participant. In the timeframe please delete all chrome cache and try again to load the page.

    Hello Tikaram and Skynet,

The theme is up to date, and has been up to date, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

Here’s a link to a folder where you will find 3 screenshots: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dDpf7Nb_akWTnYi40gR_da9R4o1SfPCo?usp=sharing

    1) The nonstop spinning wheel I see on the Mothering Globally page, https://www.arianekirtley.com/about-ariane/mothering-globally/

    2) Graphic Feature Status on both the home page, and the mothering globally page

Thank you for your help, and sorry for the delay in responding!

Although the problem may not be caused by outdated theme, I highly recommend you to update the theme to the latest version (2.2.5). Your site is currently running on version 2.1.6. The error is appearing from the plugin itself. Please contact plugin support regarding the issue. Let me know if you have any more issues.

    Regards,
    Tikaram
