Hello, since I’ve done an update I couldn’t figure out why my phone has almost stopped ringing. I was finally informed that when viewing my site on a mobile device the phone number is not highlighted or “clickable”. I need help with this asap.
I would appreciate any help, support or information on this.

For phone number to be clickable you need to create link with tel: like below:

<a href="tel:123-456-7890">123-456-7890</a>

Hello Sakin, thank you so much for your help with my previous problem. I have been all over this site but can’t seem to find where I would post a question to the support staff.
I have been making changes to my website and I must have done something wrong because it’s ruined by “promotional headline” section. I can’t seem to find the issue and believe me I’ve tried. I’ve been at it all day.

You can just click on “Create New Topic” at https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/. To post in any new questions. As some time, we don’t get a notification in old topics.

I check in your site and promotion headline has that white background. I think it’s the issue of HTML and CSS in dark color scheme. So, can you update your theme to latest version 2.7.5 and after that go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options” and try changing any value, this is just for clearing cache. This should fix your issue.
