Hi again
The Menu doesn’t work on my Iphone:
When I chose Appearance > Customize > static frontpage (I have danish menu – don’t know if this is the exactly menu names) I can choose “Frontpage show: a static page”. I choose this page “Om ecocom.dk” as fontpage. That means my frontpage is a sub-page “om ecoocm.dk”: the one you see when visiting the site: http://www.ecocom.dk
But then the menu doesn’t work.

If I don’t choose the sub-page “om ecocom.dk” – or any sub-page – as a frontpage, the menu works fine.

Hmmm, the menu is working fine on Iphone 6, but don’t work on my (old) iPhone 4.2. shouldn’t it work on all devises also old ones?

I checked the demo https://catchthemes.com/demo/fotografie on iphone 4s and the menu is working fine. Can you check the demo on your phone and see if the menu is working?

Can you disable all plugins and see if the problem persists?

The demo-menu is working fine on my iPhone 4.2

But the menu on my website still doesn’t work.
The problem persists even that I disable all plugins.

The problem with the missing menu is solved!
Sakin installed / uninstalled som updates on my website (?) (don’t know exactly what happened), and that solved the menu-problem!

Also on Iphone 4.2 the menu now is working fine.

Hi @step2,

You had not updated the theme. We had solved this issue a long time ago. Please make regular updates. Also, apple has stopped support for Iphone 4s and other Ipads. Check this: https://www.cnet.com/news/iphone-4s-wont-work-with-ios-10/. So there might be future issues with these devices.

I installed the (latest?) Photografie Theme ca. 2 weeks ago this way:
“Go to Appearance > Themes.
Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
Click the “Upload Theme” button at the top of the page.”

Though I installed an updated theme?
How do I make regular updates in the future? in dashboard?

You have to do it regularly. No need to upload new theme for free themes. There will be a notification on top if updates for themes and plugins are present. Checkout: https://codex.wordpress.org/Dashboard_Updates_Screen
