    Hi. I see that I can’t update to Fullscreen Pro 3.5.7 unless I renew my licence – but I can’t see any way to do that. Why isn’t there a Renew button on my account or some other simple way to do this? Surely it would be in your interest to make this easy?

    OK – found it now – but it does seem excessively difficult to have to try several different links before finding the one that works.
