How can install demo content? Is it possible? Where are the files?

Then Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Now you can Browse and Select the .xml, .dat and .wie file to Import Demo Content and Customizer Settings.let me know if you face any difficulty!

OK it works fine now but I have a problem with plugin for Instagram Gallery, on site always see info:
“Gallery and Widget for Instagram Provide API access token / Username”

How can I delete this section?

I just deactive plugin, but a have cache plugin – after refresh works now fine.
