    I just purchased catch evolution pro and it will not download to my macbook pro using either Safari or Google. It just downloads as a content file. If I compress that file, then upload and try to install it tells me it is incompatible. So, now that I bought it, how do I install it?

    Hi Richard,

    You just have an auto zip extractor on your browser. For Safari browser, go to “Safari => Preferences” and in the “General” tab, uncheck Open “safe” files after downloading. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files and then you can download the zip file.

    About the Incompatible Archive zip file when you zip it yourself, it’s WordPress 6.4 issue and will be fixed in WordPress 6.5 soon. You can read about it at https://catchthemes.com/news/incompatible-archive-error-in-wordpress-6-4-3/.
