    Hi, Im looking for a way to use the social icon buttons from the Theme but make the links open in a new tab rather than navigate away from the site? Have I missed an obvious setting somewhere?

    @kriss : Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Site Editor
    Click on the Social Icons block. After you have selected the social icons block. In the right sidebar under blocks tab click on settings: Check on Open links in new tab and save your changes. Let me know if you are still having issue to change the setting.
