Hello Catch Themes,

I have been using Catch Everest free theme for a while, and I really like it, thank you very much : ) . Howwever, I need more functionalities, the free version has become too limited for my needs. I need a theme which would allow me to create price tables (something easy please, I’m not a webdesigner :: ) and also a theme with a better range of fonts and colours and maybe a few more useful widgets as I’ve had to ad quite a few widgets to my theme to achieve what I wanted. I like Catch Everest front page and if possible, I’d like to keep the same layout.
Can Catch Everest Pro version answer my needs (at least for the price tables and front/ colours) or could you please suggest me another of your theme (I’m happy to buy a pro version) with a similar homepage but more fuctionalities?

@voila2014: Thank you for using our theme, we really appreciate it. For exact same layout, Catch Everest Pro is the best option I guess. It does have more functionalities that the free version like: More Options in Slider, Featured Content, Layouts, Colors, Fonts etc. However, the theme doesn’t have the Pricing table. May be you can use an appropriate plugin from WordPress repo for that one.

Ok, I bought the pro version (and also a support package).

Somehow when I go to “Appearance” then “Themes options” then “Home page settings” and finally to “Homepage featured content”, whenever I enter a URL link for one of the boxes and then click “save”, somehow it doesn’t record the URL link. Whenever I check my website, the 3 boxes are not clickable anymore (it used to work well). Any idea why it is not working? Can it be because of a plugin I downloaded? I understand why it is not working anymore, I did it in the past and it was working well. : (

Another thing, I did buy a support package, I submitted a ticket last Friday but never got an answer or at least couldn’t see any… Luckily meanwhile I’ve found the answers but I thought that if I buy a support package I ‘d receive fast answers and directly to my email box. Have I misunderstood how it works?

Hello again,

I did find why my 3 boxes in my homepage weren’t clickable anymore, it was due to a plugin.: )
Now I’m trying to create buttons in my sidebar using Maxbuttons plugin but I don’t know how to reduce the space vertically between buttons. Any idea? I did search a bit everywhere (your forum, Youytube etc) but couldn’t find a clear answer….

@voila2014: Thank you for using Catch Everest Pro theme. I’m glad that you found the issue by yourself. We provide free support. But as described in feature “Premium Support Ticket”, use this is only if you could not get your problem fixed by other services. Hope you understand.
Please post in your site url so that I can check for the button issue in the sidebar.
