I have tried uploading by clicking on the direct update link in my dashboard, and also downloading and uploading the update Zip file.
And, I get this error message:
An error occurred while updating Adonis: Download failed. The checksum of the file (d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e) does not match the expected checksum value (122a488097c552a44af61f807c416789).

What is that telling me?

This may be because there is no sufficient disk space in your server. Please try contacting your web server.
