I’m a bit disappointed. I purchased the Lensation pro theme, and it does not include the ability to create photo galleries. So I installed the Catchgallery plugin. It doesn’t really work, even if I use a classic block, it doesn’t seem compatible with WordPress 6.4.3

So I wanted to buy the pro version of catchgallery, but if it doesn’t work in demo it won’t work more with a paid version. I purchased an expensive theme and am left without the ability to simply create photos galleries. What is the solution ? You are not up to date with wp and with a pricy thème it should be easy to use a gallery plug in. THANKS to tell me what to do next. I did everything explan on you website, but with wp 6.4.3 no solution.

Thank you for the query. Can you please state what’s the exact issue you encountered? If possible, please provide your site URL so that I can examine it in detail and send you the necessary fixes.

Additionally, Sylvie, the theme includes a portfolio pattern that you can use as a gallery, or you can utilize the default gallery block in WordPress. However, if you still wish to use the CatchGallery plugin, please share your website URL with me so that I can check it for you.

I regret to inform you that we don’t have a pro version of the CatchGallery plugin.

the Catch gallery plug in is installed. But in the plug in there is not much of settings, so where do i create the gallery ?? I go to Apparence, as instructions said on your page, but nothing there too, to create a gallery ? At lease if i could join in this message a screen shot of my settings. Please, give tell me where i can create the gallery. Thank

Hello Sylvie,

If you are using Block Editor then I recommend Jetpack Plugin and use its gallery block instead of Catch Gallery. But if you want to use Catch Gallery in the Block Editor then you need to use the “Classic” block and then add Media, and create gallery, you can check the instructions in the plugin page, Instructions tab https://catchplugins.com/plugins/catch-gallery/#instructions
