– How can I add an advertisement logo in the footer? Just besides the copyright text.
– How can I delete the line at the bottom of each underlying page?

@kat22: To remove the line at the bottom of each page, you can just add the following CSS in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
.site-content article { border-bottom: none; }

You can just add advertisement logo in “Footer Widgets”.
