    @wolpertinger : Our themes and plugins do not collect any data and we do not provide any data to third parties as well. You may create a privacy policy page and show notifications to the user who uses your website. Let me know if you have any queries.

    @lcolomines : All our themes are translation ready but our pro themes only support WPML. Although all themes are translation ready, they may not be compatible with other translation plugins.

    @rawikltd : The recent image that you have uploaded is 3000×2000 pixels but all other slider images are of 1280×550 px. Please make sure that you upload the correct image size and as specified in the theme instruction and the issue will be resolved.

    @scotch : Its due to a plugin conflict on your site. Please disable Simple Ajax Shoutbox plugin and the issue will be resolved.

    @scotch : I don’t seem to find any such issue at my end. All the links are working fine when tested on iPhone. Can you please specify a particular page where the links are not working. Let me know if the problem still persist.

    @mmhgloba : We can conclude that there is an issue with the server. Since the issue is showing up with the default WordPress theme as well, the issue is not theme related and as you have stated you have disabled all plugins as well. The server may be misconfigured. You can try switching the server if you have any other servers.

    @mmhgloba : Please try changing the theme as well for testing purpose. If the problem still persist after changing the theme then it is not a theme related issue. If the problem resolves after changing the theme, it should be a theme related issue. Please let me know after you have done the testing

    @mmhgloba : If there is any issue with the script we can do the correction but till date we have no any issues at our end as well as other users using the same theme. Maybe, We need to look at your plugins more closely. Will look at the theme as well. Can you please try deactivating all plugins for testing purpose and activate the plugin one by one along with testing the cart page on your website. Have you done any plugin changes recently.

    @mmhgloba : The caching might be at server level if it’s not due to the plugins. Please contact your web hosting server and ask them to remove cache from server level. Let me know if the problem still persists.

    @mmhgloba : The issue seems to be related with cache and not with theme or Woocommerce Plugin.
    If you reload the page pressing the key combination (Ctrl + R) in the keyboard after adding multiple products, you can see the difference. Please deactivate any caching plugins that you have used. Additionally, can you please provide the list of plugins you have used on your site ?

    @rhamater : Login to your MailChimp account. Click on lists to list the forms that you have created

    Then go to embed forms.
    IN Copy/paste onto your site=> copy this code and paste it in text editor
    Set these in fields in the widgets and save

    @ishaman : First and foremost the text (page title and Breadcrumb ) is not appearing on your site. You will need to clear the cache at your end. Until and unless you clear cache at your end the text will keep on appearing on your computer. This is not a theme related issue, its a browser issue.

    The unwanted text that you are referring is the page title and the second line is Breadcrumb. You can easily disable the second line from the customizer.
    Go to Appearance => customize => Theme Options => Breadcrumb
    Uncheck on : Check to enable Breadcrumb and publish.

    The first line is the page title and it’s mandatory to display a page/post title for a theme to pass the theme requirements for WordPress.org. If you think the page title spoils the design then you can easily remove with additional css.

    I request you to kindly go through the theme instructions properly before you post any queries in the support forum.
