To completely deactivate the Audio Section
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Header Top Playlist => Enable on => Select Disabled and Publish.

To change the Team Members
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Team => Select Type as Post, Page, Categories or Custom => Then you will have the options to change the team members.

The More Posts button links to the Blog page. Since you have not selected a blog page it is redirecting to the same page.

To have the post load like the way you suggest
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => Select Your homepage displays as Your latest posts and Publish.
