Participant@fireflywebs: Go to => Appearance => Menus => On the top right hand corner you will see Screen Options. Under that click the CSS Classes Checkbox.
Now you should get CSS Class textarea when you edit a Menu Item.

Even I can’t seem to figure out why it is showing the error on the test. The test doesn’t show any error when I check for demo of the theme. I suggest you to consult professionals who have better idea on this.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View All Locations => There are 3 locations where you can display your Social Icons (Header Social Menu, Social Menu Above Footer and Footer Social Menu). You can create a menu with Custom Links of your social medias and assign it to the Social Menu Location.Let me know if this helps you out!

Participant@catwingz: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Header Right => Add Widget => Add a text widget and type in the message you want to display.
The text widget should replace the search field.
