Participant@fireflywebs: Go to => Appearance => Menus => On the top right hand corner you will see Screen Options. Under that click the CSS Classes Checkbox.
Now you should get CSS Class textarea when you edit a Menu Item.

Even I can’t seem to figure out why it is showing the error on the test. The test doesn’t show any error when I check for demo of the theme. I suggest you to consult professionals who have better idea on this.
