What you can do is customize your site like the demo, utilize the large amount of sections available so that you can get more clicks from the visitors that visit your site. I can provided you the demo content files so that you can setup your site like the demo.

To remove the fixed header
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

#masthead.fixed-header {
    position: unset;
}

Since the theme has a fixed header by default that block the customzer name and review stars. You will need to remove the fixed header inorder to display the customer name and gold stars.
