I am afraid it is not possible to overlay the slider over the Header Video. If you really need it, I suggest you to hire a customizer.

Regarding the social icon issue, this might be due to one of the plugins you are using. Please try deactivating all the plugins and see if the social icons show up.

Yes it is possible to create a Logo Slider with Photofocus Pro.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Logo Slider => Enable the section and select the necessary option and Publish.
