@sadiya: We have the feature called Section Sorter in Catch Fullscreen Pro which allows you to move the section as per your requirement so I suggest you to upgrade to Pro version, You can also check out the available features in pro version.

-To align portfolio three at the top and two at the bottom middle is quit difficult so I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done but if you want to arrange it on 1-4 column then we have feature available in pro version.

– It is quit difficult to make the support box smaller without changing other menu since they all are located in same div.

@elmofuellas: Hello elmofuellas, Actually standard layout of portfolio section is three column so you need to put the three items in protfolio section to display it in center, similar in case of service section also. If you want to display service and portfolio section in 2/3 column we have the feature to select the column option in Catch Fullscreen Pro , so I suggest you to upgrade to pro version.You can check out the features available in Pro version.

Hello Ivonne: For Divider Background Image , you can use our CT: Background Image widget
Go to=> Dashboard=>Appearance=> Widgets=> CT: Background Image
you can place this widget in Before Container / After Container section to make it look like demo

-For the Feature Content effect like in demo you can follow this steps:
Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Feature Content=> Feature Content Background Setting=>Attachment=> Select Fixed
