@vivbong: It is a default feature of WordPress Core. To alleviate concerns about bandwidth, videos are only loaded on the front page for view ports that are at least 900 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall ,so that video is only loaded in desktop/laptop and header Video don’t work on mobile phones.
