Participant@cmcmahon: Hello claire, I will send the demo file in your mail.You can use our Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin to import the demo. Activate and Install the plugin. Then Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Now you can Browse and Select the .xml, .dat and .wie file to Import Demo Content and Customizer Settings.let me know if you face any difficulty!

SapanaParticipant@steenp999new:Hello steeenp, I tested in fotografie theme and also in tweenty sventeen theme in order to make sure if it is theme related issue or plugin then I find that your plugin Visual composer is creating the issue, so I suggest you to contact the plugin support forum regarding the plugin issue, it is not theme related issue.

SapanaParticipant@firstdrop:Light box appearing feature is not available in our theme, it may be due to plugin, please disable the nextgen-gallery plugin and check it once the issue persist or not? I checked the Instagram section in your site too, it is working fine in my end from both mobile and desktop, you can see this screenshot. Please clear your browser cache and check it once if this issue again appear.

SapanaParticipant@mweb:Hello mweb, You can use the theme you have downloaded in 2017 for life time, but if you need the updated version of the theme file then you need to subscribe yearly. The download link will work for you for one year from the date of purchase. I strongly recommend you to update the theme regularly.let me know if you have any other queries regarding this.
