My main page is https://keith-skinner.com and one of the posts listed in SiteLock’s report is https://keith-skinner.com/lumber-schooners-of-the-redwood-coast/.

The reason I’m suspicious about this is because I keep my code base up to date and I’m running, among other things, the free version of Wordfence, which has reported no problems. And it sounds like a lot of people are have had terrible experiences with SiteLock.
