I have switch from 2.6 version to put 3.2 version on the website currently,

So now you can see that the blog shows as the homepage and the homepage doesn’t show at all.

Thanks for your reply, yes I tried the child theme but didn’t work, so reverted all files back, then did a comparison of files using winmerge to compare file with the old wordpress core file to the new updated one.

I managed to do this ok and uploaded the file, everything was ok and was working as it should but the homepage wasn’t showing, each time I clicked on the logo for the homepage it kept showing the blog instead of the homepage, so i reverted back to the 2.6 version.

I currently have 2 simple catch versions on my server with the new 3.2 update under simplecatchtest, but I can’t find the reason to why the homepage won’t show.

I want to upgrade to simple catch pro but don’t want to if I can’t resolve the homepage issue.

Do you have any ideas to why this might be?
