an hour later: refreshed the page and the option was there.
I selected the color and updated as expected.

Thanks for the follow up
That is where I had expected the field to be… however all available in Featured Content Color Options to be are: Featured Content Background Color & Featured Content Text Color. I have the full purchased theme, installed without error, and so far every other option has been available and updatable.

The site I’m working with is currently behind a maintenance page, however, if there is css code etc that would solve this issue, I’d appreciate any assist.
