Thanks, @tikaram – that displays the sidebar widgets above the content for a portrait cell phone but not for landscape cell phones or small tablets. Can the same thing be done for wider screen widths?

When I tried to use the Custom HTML widget the site displayed the HTML code in the sidebar instead of the PayPal donate button. I was able to make it work by creating my own donate button and adding the PayPal donate page link to it.

The print of the body class is not in my code; somehow WordPress, the theme and the child theme are affecting the body class tag and that is the result.

How can I get my page and header code to you to check?

Yes, thanks. Since I’m not using widgets in the sidebar but images 170px wide as buttons, the 50% width caused a problem but I corrected it in the child theme.
