I have already catck box pro with all options but need that theme wich will to give me a fixed size menu If I open my site in computers and I need to have the shrenked menu to be opend in smart phones

the question is how to set up the theme to have one setup for computer and smartphone in the same time

becuse when I activate responsive option, the menu is changeble in size in both pc and smartphone …. I need to have the menu in PC. to be fixed … and at the same time to have the menu in smart phone to be flexble

i know how to disable Responsive but need to see if i can disable some and leave some so both mobile and pc. users be happy

need to have it fixed in pc and Responsive in mobile
– is thier a chanc to have auto Responsive … my word press 3.6
