Bonjour,

Depuis la mise à jour 4.0 c’est le bordel dans mon site internet.
J’ai essayé d’avoir un contact personnalisé pour pouvoir résoudre cela, mais c’est payant !!! (c’est dingue ça, je paye déjà 50€/ans pour le thème, alors si la mise à jour bug, j’aimerais bien qu’on m’aide sans ma faire payer cela !)

Donc la mise à jour à désorganisé toute la présentation du site, et si je reviens aux versions catch base pro antérieures, cela ne résous rien… Je suis coincée depuis hier avec un site inutilisable, c’est l’horreur !

Since the 4.0 update is the brothel in my website.
I tried to have a personal contact to be able to solve this, but it pays! (That’s crazy, I already pay 50 € / year for the theme, so if the bug update, I would like me to help without my paying for it!)

So the update disorganized the entire presentation of the site, and if I come back to previous versions of pro catch, this does not solve anything … I’m stuck since yesterday with an unusable site, it’s horror!

@salamali: You seem to be using version 3.2 and that is the latest version of the theme. Can you let know from which version you upgraded to the latest version? Also had you made any edits or customization to core theme files?

Thank you for your reply. I use catch base PRO version 4.0. Before that, version 3.9.1 and 3.9.2. I did not have made any edits or customization to core theme files.

I think that all my personalization of the theme is lost … for example, I had personalized the footer, and now one can read: “Catch Base Pro par Catch Themes”. It’s the standard text, not my text !!!
but I only worked with the dashboard, not with the code.

@salamali: This is strange. You can customize your footer using the Footer Editor Option inside Theme Options. Can you let me know what other customization that you made was lost?

many customizations have been lost it seems to me …
– The colors of the site;
– The choice of fonts;
– the layout of the homepage: there is a “landscape” image that appeared on the home page, with arrows on the side, which did not exist before.
On the homepage always, this text appeared: “Qui sommes nous “” and “Aménager un jardin de soin au sein d’un établissement de santé,
c’est lui dessiner une nouvelle image, vitrine d’une qualité de vie affichée. C’est aussi regarder autrement les personnes soignées, et la façon de les soigner.»”
– And also my header image has disappeared.

@salamali: This is strange. Can you revert to the old version you were using? Did you backup the old version of the theme during update?

I restored my site to an earlier date, it worked perfectly. Then I made the update again to catch base pro 4.0 and now it bug again. it is therefore this update that is in question. Thank you for telling me how I can do to have a website up to date in good working order.

@salamali: I used an old version of the theme and updated in to 4.0 and it updated successfully and all my customization were retained so there doesn’t seem to be any issue with the theme. This may be due to any plugins that you are using or maybe a server issue. Please try contacting your server as well.
