    I’ve installed and customized the Decree Free Theme. I recently purchased the Decree Pro version. How do I upgrade to the Pro version without losing my current customizations? Thanks!

    @gparisot: All your customization should be retained after you upgrade to the pro version but to be on the safe side you can backup your customizer settings using Catch Import Export Plugin. Install and Activate the plugin.
    Activate Decree free theme and export your customizer settings from the Catch Import/Export tab in the customizer. Now activate Decree Pro theme and import the same file. This should do it.

    When I follow those steps I get the following error message:

    “Error importing settings! The settings you uploaded are not for the current theme.”

    This does not keep my customizations. Thanks

    @gparisot: Did you lose your customization after you upgraded from free version to the pro version?

    @gparisot: I tried this at my end and the customizer settings seems to retained when I upgrade to pro from the free theme. I will need to look at your admin settings and will your admin credentials for that purpose. I will shortly contact you by email.
