    I have tried numerous times to download and then upload the plug-in, but I keep getting an “installation failed” error.

    Yes, I used the catch themes plug-in. And I also tried to update without it. Neither method works.

    Please don’t ask me to deactivate all my other plug-ins. Everything else is working fine.

      An error occurred while updating Catch Box Pro: Update package not available.
      Disabling Maintenance mode…
      All updates have been completed.

    Oddly it always says the update was completed despite the error, while my dashboard continues to tell me it wasn’t.

    To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module.

    Sorry Skandha, you have been helpful indeed, but I’m having a terrible time trying to log into WordPress to leave a review. I just fixed my login the other day and now it won’t work again. Grrrr. Will try to get to it later. I’m out of time trying today.
