July 18, 2019 at 10:34 am #177437Glen Pavelich ParticipantIs there any reason this theme would work on my local wamp server but not work on the server.
 I installed it and it simply wouldn’t work. Showed a white blank page.
 I flipped to another Catch template and that worked just fine.
 Does it conflict with classic editor and page builder.Update: It is not a conflict with any plug ins. I loaded a fresh WP install in a test folder and ONLY activated this template. I get a 500 Internal Server Error. July 18, 2019 at 12:08 pm #177441Glen Pavelich ParticipantThe site is now working. It was a php error. The server set the PHP to v5.6.40 and it worked. Looks like this template doesn’t like PHP 7.3.3. I thought this was a relatively new template. Should it not be using the latest php? July 18, 2019 at 11:36 pm #177472Skandha Participant@fireflywebs: It is working fine at my end and I am using Php Version 7.3.2. I will look into the issue and get back to you soon. Kind Regards,
 SkandhaJuly 19, 2019 at 7:10 am #177509Glen Pavelich ParticipantThanks.. And there are plugins that I need to use that will not work with this older version of php so it’s important I be able to upgrade it. The site (in test version on this same server) is:

 I checked at my end with the latest php version and theme was running fine without any issues.500 Internal Server Error could mean a lot of things. I might mean you will need to increase the RAM. We will need to debug the issue. For that I will need both you WP Admin and FTP Credentials. Let me know what you would like to do.Kind Regards,
 SkandhaJuly 23, 2019 at 7:09 am #177802Glen Pavelich ParticipantWhere do I send the credentials?
 Do you want it in the error state or in the lowered php state?July 24, 2019 at 2:01 am #177858Skandha Participant@fireflywebs: Hello there,
 I got the credentials and I have removed that reply of yours.Also can you put your site in the error state so that I can debug it? Kind Regards,
 SkandhaJuly 24, 2019 at 6:01 am #177895Glen Pavelich ParticipantGood Morning. The site is now in error state. We are working in completely opposite time zones. I hope you can look into this before your day is done there. July 25, 2019 at 2:32 am #177937Skandha Participant@fireflywebs: Hello Glen,

 SkandhaJuly 25, 2019 at 4:37 am #177946Skandha Participant@fireflywebs: Hello Glen,
 The issue has been fixed. There was an unwanted code in the theme due to which the error was showing up. I have fixed the issue and uploaded the theme on your site. Let me know if everything is working fine now.Kind Regards,
 SkandhaJuly 25, 2019 at 8:03 am #177995Glen Pavelich ParticipantYes it is working thanks. But how were you able to get the header image to position without it becoming larger and not fitting in the container? I switched to child theme and the header image is too large. I tried cropping and skip cropping. G July 25, 2019 at 8:15 am #177997Glen Pavelich ParticipantUpdate. I found a support question for another theme I had this issue with and your reply for NepalBuzz Pro was .custom-header {
 height: 450px;
 }This works to a point but the media text box drops to the bottom. July 25, 2019 at 11:53 pm #178060Skandha Participant@fireflywebs: Hello Glen,
 Can you paste the link of the original header image so that I can check the issue out?Kind Regards,
