Hi All,

 

i am using the free version 6.4.2, but suddenly cant show all the installed plugin, anyone can help to fix this issue? i tried below 2 options, but problem still.

1. i checked my profile is admin.
2. i tried reset the theme

@donaldscho : It looks more like a server related issue rather than a theme related issue. Can you please try switching to any other theme for testing purpose so that you can find out if the issue is caused by theme or any other server related issues. If you need any further assistance regarding the issue please post in your site URL as well.

Thank you for your response. I have two more questions. Firstly, I have encountered an issue with the “proceed to checkout” icon in WooCommerce. After submitting the order, the icon does not appear on the page. However, I can see it only when I highlight the “proceed to checkout” text. How can I resolve this issue?

Secondly, I would like to know how I can add an upload function after the checkout process on the checkout page. I want customers to be able to upload files or documents related to their order. Could you please provide guidance on implementing this feature?
